Job Description:
Organizers are responsible for working onsite with the team to pack, unpack, edit, sort, organize, and create sustainable systems for each client based on their unique needs and spaces.
Experience is preferred, not required. See list below for more information.
Working days are Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. Availability 8-5 preferred, 9-3 a must.
Note that hours onsite vary weekly.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Supporting lead professional organizers on various activities needed to implement residential organizing and move management design plans. We work in a team-heavy, ever-changing environment that requires efficiency and exceeds client expectations.
TASKS INCLUDE:
sorting items
organizing items
folding & hanging clothing
unpacking boxes
breaking down boxes and removing debris that the team brought to job site
creating labels
taking photos & videos, creating project albums
picking up product orders as required
COMPUTER SKILLS:
have and use google drive
ability to take photos and videos on job sites, create albums and share with the lead organizer proficient with computer and smartphone including google docs – create and share forms, sharing calendars.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
desire to learn the Senior Moving Management and organizing professions
strong interpersonal skills
compassionate, discreet, non-judgmental, professional, and courteous
willing to work in all areas of people’s homes and offices including garages, attics, storage units, closets, and kitchens. Some jobs require gloves or shoe covers. Must be able to tolerate different household elements including pet odors, fragrances, and dust.
ability to work alone and with other team members

able to work in the greater Denver and Boulder areas
hours vary ranging from 4-40 hours per week
flexible weekday availability; typically anywhere between 8:30 and 5. Occasional weekend hours subject to availability.
