Hi, I'm Lori Halbach, Client-Advocate™ and Certified Senior Move Manager®.

I spent nearly 30 years raising our kids, which is really a master class in logistics, negotiation, and finding things that swore they were lost forever. Senior Move Management® felt like the job I'd been training for all along. I get to walk into a houseful of a lifetime and assist someone in feeling calm instead of buried. Turns out you can take the chaos out of a move and leave the dignity in.

Off the clock, I'm with my eight grown kids and their families, or outdoors pretending the to-do list doesn't exist.

I wish I would have known that something like Square One existed for any of my own multiple moves. The stress of making so many decisions while also experiencing the sadness of leaving behind years of memories was nerve wracking to say the least. But my last and hopefully final big move brought me to Colorado over 10 years ago and I absolutely love it. I love hiking, seeing the mountains everyday and hot air balloons from my deck. My family has made so many wonderful memories here. Now that I’m settled, I’m happy that I get to assist others through their moves and hope that I can help make things just a little easier-or a lot!

I love bringing order out of chaos, and creating beauty in the everyday. Type A in most every way and known for an attention to detail, I’m a lover of minimalism (not to be mistaken for barren!). I believes that when creating a space that works for you and not against you, the biggest impact is made when you discard everything that you don’t find to be useful or beautiful. One of my favorite parts of being an organizer is seeing the look of stress melt away as a client walks into their new home - fully unpacked and organized - knowing they'll sleep soundly on their first night home. I’ve been a business owner and professional organizer/luxury move manager for over 10 years and I’m excited to be joining Square One for this next chapter of life! In my free time you’ll find me tinkering with a DIY or craft project, enjoying a movie night or live concert with my husband Jason, treasure hunting for the next big score for her newborn twin boys, or cheering on her TCU Horned Frog football team in the fall.

Born and raised in central Iowa, Joe headed west after graduating from Iowa State University. He explored the western United States for a few years while guiding wilderness adventure trips. Moving to Boulder County in 2006 he quickly fell in love with the Colorado front range and all it has to offer. When not working, Joe can be found hiking, paddleboarding, camping, or enjoying many other great Colorado activities.  

A Colorado resident since 1993, Chris loves the sense of community that makes this state feel like home. As a public speaking and team-building instructor who uses improv to foster connection, he brings warmth, humor, and authenticity to every client interaction. Helping people feel supported, confident, and excited about their next chapter is what makes this work so rewarding for him.

Hi! I’m Soren. I am a jack of all trades. I have a passion for creative problem solving, minimalism and efficiency. I love learning and I’m always trying to discover new things.I enjoy working with clients to come up with the perfect solutions for their needs and strive to make the process as enjoyable as possible. In my spare time I love dancing, climbing and running through the beautiful Colorado Mountains. Curiosity and work ethic are my core values.

Originally based in Atlanta, GA, I’ve always had a passion for bringing people together through storytelling. Whether through movies, music, writing, or even marketing, I believe that storytelling has the capacity to unite people and shine a light on critical voices and perspectives that may not otherwise be heard. Because of that, the most rewarding part of what I do is helping business owners connect with their audience in authentic ways that cut through the noise and provide tangible value. In my free time, I love spending time with my friends and family, reading, hiking, and cooking.

I also enjoy working at a pain clinic in Thornton as an X-ray Technician, where I am blessed to help people through their pain relief journey.
