Hello! I’m Lori Halbach, Founder and Organizer-in-Chief at Square One Move Organizers. I’m a Certified Senior Move Manager® who has been in the trade for seven years. After a deep dive into raising and educating my children for almost 30 years, and moving my grandparents into my home during their last years, I pursued my passion for entrepreneurship. Senior Move Management was a serendipitous discovery—a perfect fusion of entrepreneurship, leadership, organizational skills, and empathy. Recognizing the profound impact that could be made by supporting seniors and their families through transitions, I have dedicated myself wholeheartedly to the business and building human connections in and through the Square One team. When not engaged with my work through Square One, you will find me spending quality time with my eight adult children and their families, or pursuing intentional connections with others. I particularly enjoy being immersed in nature at the same time.

I love bringing order out of chaos, and creating beauty in the everyday. Type A in most every way and known for an attention to detail, I’m a lover of minimalism (not to be mistaken for barren!). I believes that when creating a space that works for you and not against you, the biggest impact is made when you discard everything that you don’t find to be useful or beautiful. One of my favorite parts of being an organizer is seeing the look of stress melt away as a client walks into their new home - fully unpacked and organized - knowing they'll sleep soundly on their first night home. I’ve been a business owner and professional organizer/luxury move manager for over 10 years and I’m excited to be joining Square One for this next chapter of life! In my free time you’ll find me tinkering with a DIY or craft project, enjoying a movie night or live concert with my husband Jason, treasure hunting for the next big score for her newborn twin boys, or cheering on her TCU Horned Frog football team in the fall.

Hello!  I love the feeling of making something in your life easier for you! Organizing a kitchen to match your cooking style or simplifying storage to fit your daily routine are challenges I enjoy.  I also try to use things you have in new and creative ways when organizing.  I’ve lived in many different homes with my own family and repurposing things we’ve loved to fit new spaces has taught me a lot!  I know that moving or even just making a change in your environment can be scary. But behind every new front door I’ve made memories I cherish. I hope you will too!  In my free time my husband and I love to kayak and hike and spend time with friends and family around the table!  

I'm a Colorado gal with southern “Missourah” roots. I love learning, and have a heart for helping others lighten their load and enjoy this gift called life. I provide administrative and managerial support right here at Square One where lightening your load is central to what we do. As I launch into my empty-nest chapter after raising four young men, I’m living out this desire through such pursuits as teaching others how to have a toxin-free lifestyle as well as managing and cleaning my cute & cozy Airbnb. A good cup of joe, baking yummy treats, and, taking long walks with my besties where we solve all the world’s problems are a few of my favorite things.

Denise's approach is a balance of creativity and practicality, ensuring every space she helps with is both functional and inviting. Whether she’s packing for a long-distance move or simply rearranging a room, Denise infuses humor and joy into her work, easing the stress that often accompanies transitions. A Colorado native who cherishes the outdoors, Denise has also raised two wonderful daughters, imparting in them the same love for balanced living.

Hi! I’m Soren. I am a jack of all trades. I have a passion for creative problem solving, minimalism and efficiency. I love learning and I’m always trying to discover new things.I enjoy working with clients to come up with the perfect solutions for their needs and strive to make the process as enjoyable as possible. In my spare time I love dancing, climbing and running through the beautiful Colorado Mountains. Curiosity and work ethic are my core values.

Nice to meet you! I’m Avonelle. I have a heart to walk alongside people who have challenges in life and through transition. One of my greatest joys is being outdoors…. best therapy ever! I also enjoy working at a pain clinic in Thornton as an X-ray Technician, where I am blessed to help people through their pain relief journey.

Originally based in Atlanta, GA, I’ve always had a passion for bringing people together through storytelling. Whether through movies, music, writing, or even marketing, I believe that storytelling has the capacity to unite people and shine a light on critical voices and perspectives that may not otherwise be heard. Because of that, the most rewarding part of what I do is helping business owners connect with their audience in authentic ways that cut through the noise and provide tangible value. In my free time, I love spending time with my friends and family, reading, hiking, and cooking.
